Small Changes

Ok, I hope I have made people happy by changing it to single-entry format already. Wasn't too challenging once I started.
Just like most things I guess.

I've also decided to get rid of the automatic paragraphing cos it gets on my nerves, now the problem is to remember to put them in at all.
